I’ve been to some very dark places,” Brown said. “But I feel like those dark places have allowed my light to shine.”

When asked what advice he would give someone going through rock bottom, Brown didn’t hold back. “It’s OK. Never let anything break your spirit. Everybody’s gonna deal with adversity at some point—even plants struggle to get sunlight.”

In a revealing conversation with media company “The School of Hard Knocks,” the four-time All-Star opened up about his journey from humble beginnings to NBA stardom and how he deals with negativity. “Haters, it’s a part of it,” Brown said. “They don’t build statues for haters. They build statues for people that do things.”

Insomma pare chiaro dalle sue parole che il ragazzo si senta estremamente fortificato dal percorso marzialistico che ha intrapreso.

Bene, quest'anno servirà il Brown fenomenale dei PO 2024, ci auguriamo tutti di rivederlo.

Ieri c'è stata una lunga intervista a Brown su Youtube.
Riporto un paio di passaggi interessanti, il primo sull'annata che ci, ma soprattutto che lo aspetta:

"It’s definitely going to be a transition. A lot of my guys are no longer with us. They alive, [laughs] but they, you know, they’ve moved on, transitioned, they gone to another team. But nah, so it’s going to be different this year. We got some new players, but it’s a great opportunity to show my leadership, you know? Kind of welcome guys into the organization, welcome guys onto the team, and try to come out there and make some noise."

You mentioned the term leadership. A lot of people confused about who is the leader of the Boston Celtics. Like you and Tatum is definitely like y'all both here. So did who's in your opinion who's the leader of the or is there a leader? : "Yeah, we definitely—we had leadership amongst a bunch of different guys in different ways. I would say I was more of a vocal leader for our team. And JT more led by example. He just come out every night, you know what I mean? So I mean, leadership looks different, and, you know, people gravitate to different types of leadership. So for us, we had a great team—a championship team. We had a bunch of veteran guys. So we all kind of led each other to some degree. But, you know, setting the tone every single night, hearing somebody’s voice, hearing somebody speaking life into you, letting them know that they with you—all this type of stuff is like, you know, kind of what people relied on me for."

Boston Celtics coach said All-Star forward told him he expects to be OK after exiting Wednesday night’s 110-108 preseason win against the Toronto Raptors with left hamstring tightness. “I think he’ll be OK,” Mazzulla said. “Talked to him after (the game). He said he would be fine, but I didn’t get a full update.”

Sono ancora dell'opinione che i Celtics avrebbero dovuto scambiare Brown per Flagg il giorno del draft. Premere il pulsante reset e provare a ottenere una delle prime 5 scelte del draft di quest'anno, magari arrivando a AJ Dybantsa
